Hot off the press!  Check out these new YouTube video’s done by two of our Employment First Community Action Teams (CATS) highlighting the importance of businesses hiring people with disabilities.

The Manitowoc CAT developed two Jobs First! Commercials to be released on many Comcast channels.  One featuring  Jackson Elementary K-Kids http://youtu.be/6LHaRMyjB9Q; and one the Kiwanis of Manitowoc County http://youtu.be/nxdz9-UdICw. Jobs First! of Manitowoc County Campaign promotes to increase work relationships and expectations for ALL individuals with disabilities. The Jobs First! Campaign was initiated to encourage organizations in Manitowoc County to ask the question, “How do I make the work of the job apply to one more person?”

The Racine CAT put together a celebration video featuring all of the people working with LCS that reached their goal of community employment this year and the employers that hired them.  Click here to watch the video
